Continuing above.. Went in to collect paperwork, which to my mind should have been ready, on way to work next day, told to take a seat, waited , went to reception said couldn't wait anymore or would be late for work, again, asked for it to be posted.

When I booked no record if my service plan. said she would look into it. When I arrived lady said she had left a message on answer phone saying it could not be found. I asked whey she had not told me this when she called 24hrs before and SPOKE to me!

It was pleasing that the next service was carried out at the same time as the scheduled change of shock absorber and MOT retest. It was disappointing to find that the shock absorber retaining bolt was left loose and the locking wheel nut not put back

Upon every visit the garage always gives the cars a wash and clean which is great. Although my car was cleaned, it wasn't to a good standard, it had stripes and dirty patches. Whilst the inside was vacumed it was still needing a clean when home.

I was kept waiting for nearly an hour when collecting the car despite being told that the car was ready. I was not given any feedback on the service. There was limited communication between the advisor only the receptionist was helpful
