It took two attempts to fit my car the faults were under warranty but still ended up costing me for some reason I'm still not sure about plus they gave me the car back leaking petrol under where my 5 year old daughter sits and didn't care!

The customer service team made me feel valued as a customer. I went to Rybrook Stratford for my car's MOT, which was carried out in good time, I was given refreshments and my car was cleaned which I appreciated.

When I had my high level brake light replaced I was told it would take 10-15 minutes but actually took more like 45 minutes. My car was sat waiting for 10-15 minutes :-(

Great customer service from arrival to collection. What a difference to my first years of Mini ownership and subsequent servicing when women were treated so very patronisingly. None of that attitude is evident at Rybrook - it keeps me safe.

Ordered a replacement wheel lock whilst at the service, would told it would arrive the following day, nearly two weeks later still not received
