Firstly being charged for free MOT & then being reimbursed.(As requested upon booking car in for MOT & service.) Requesting a service stamp in book. Not implemented. A revisit was required. Dashboard service display reminder not reset.
Nothing to fault and a wonderfully clean car.
A phone call to Rybrook & you know you are in competent safe hands. A really trustworthy garage likewise staff. Nothing too much trouble for them.

I was kept regularly updated with the progress of my new car. Every phone call was answered by friendly helpful staff, and I was made to feel really comfortable and at ease at each visit to the dealership.
I have explained that I seldom have a good have a good service from Mini Rybrook but have no choice.

I got an unexpected bill for brakes. And I had to pay £10 for the courtesy car insurance! And my preference for a manual courtesy car is not recorded on the system, meaning my original appointment had to be postponed as all were autos
No courtesy vehicle available and given I am self employed, it is inconvenient to say the least having to keep taking time out of my work schedule to get the car fixed.
Everything requested was done and there was good feedback/ communication during the process

30 mins wait to check in my car even-although I arrived at 8am and lots of staff around. Again when picking up the car, 30 min wait. No-one else waiting and the car was ready. I don't have time to wait an hour in the dealer for a 10 min transaction.
The website stated new front brakes offer was £99 but on arrival was told it was an error and actual cost was double
Technician was really polite and went above and beyond to sort the problem
My car was picked up and delivered back to me with no problem by a very nice courteous gentleman who had treats for my dogs
As usual the service was excellent.
Fab service from staff, they couldn't be anymore helpful; very informative too. My mini was returned in an immaculate condition after its service.
Car was booked in for service and a lift into town was organised- which was so kind. Car was serviced within the two hours stated.

£500 to check the oil levels and then charge to top up the levels is a rip off I could have done that myself. I don't call that a small service. Then car comes out dirtier than when it went in and the rear bumper has scratch marks down it .
Super simple to walk in and sit down with Harrison and grace and the rybrook stratford center had a chat grace booked my car in and Harrison had all the parts ready and waiting for the work hassle free

Every service and query has been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Please see comments above about spec. New model significantly pricier than the previous model so it was difficult for the team to maintain the same spec of car for me that I am used to within my budget.
As said previously staff so friendly can answer all my questions and no problem having a 48-hour test drive. Plus a lovely product.. Thank you very much..
