A) I arrived 'on spec' as a warning light had appeared on my dashboard. The receptionist parked me on a seat and 45 minutes later I was still sitting there. I reminded her that I was waiting and it was clear she had foregotten me. I have more to say.

Didn't expect to find two faults when the car was serviced in the Autumn and these faults were not there then.
Usually very prompt at answering the telephone but on this occasion it took several attempts but I think the reception staff may have been off ill.

The car is not working properly
The whole process only took 2 weeks from deciding to buy the car to owning it.
I bought the car new from Rybrook and all servicing has been done by Rybrook. Then the Engine warning light came on. I had to pay approx £90 for a diagnostic test. Rybrook told me it could cost up to £2,500 to fix - and no guarantee to sort problems.
All the staff i have met have always been friendly and helpful. It feels like they always look after customers cars

The experience etc was all great, but my booking was made for the wrong date. The team made it work to still have the service and MOT on the correct day though, still with a loan car.

Mini had service and returned to us only for us to find it was out of Mot by a few weeks. Had to rebook for Mot at full cost. Then told it had failed on a £300+ headlight washer despite being serviced 7 day previously.

You have 2 stars as collection of the car was better than the sale experience. I had to get the sales manager involved after the sale but totally shocked and surprised that he then made no effort or attempt to speak to me on the day of collection
My previous mini had a be repaired days before I was due to pick up the new one. The team helped me tremendously, going above and beyond providing a courtesy car over the weekend ahead of my insurance company being able to provide one
